Attached is a reservation we did for a small event and I just wanted to make you aware that Mr. Hakan did an outstanding job representing your company. She was very courteous, on-time and helpful when driving our group to various places. She was very patient with the schedule and even sprung right into action when we had a quick emergency and had to veer off plan for a few minutes. My manager and I are very happy with her service and professionalism.

Short note to compliment you on your driver (Murat). He was on-time and drive was pleasant to airport. Worth noting...I forgot my lightning charger. Murat gave me his and did not ask for anything in return. This was a very nice gesture, and one that he did not have to make. I have enjoyed your service over the years, but it is little things like this which are very impressive to me, not only about Murat’s character, but values that you instill in your employees to think about how to better serve your customers.
